Tastes Through Time will showcase Medieval life, focusing on the diverse uses of herbs, including medicine, cloth dyeing, and the wool trade. Visitors can witness spinning demonstrations and learn about dyeing natural fibres with natural substances. Additionally, they will discover the significance of the wool trade as one of England’s most profitable industries during the 14th and 15th centuries. Don’t miss this opportunity to delve into the past!
