Sandy Hill Arts is a new collaborative arts charity in Corfe, Dorset, bringing together artists and creatives from Purbeck and beyond through events, exhibitions and education.
Situated in Corfe in the shadow of the iconic castle ruins and right next to the railway station, we have a wonderful location to encourage and stimulate artistic endeavours in the area. We are a space where art, creativity and communities can come together to evolve and flourish.
We have a yearlong programme of music events, performances, exhibitions, visual arts, workshops and courses. Home to some 18 artists and makers who all operate from their onsite studios, the Sandy Hill Arts site also includes the Boilerhouse Gallery, which has many works permanently on display and for sale. The gallery is open full time Tuesday to Sunday 10am – 5pm.
Our exhibition/classroom space is available for hire and is ideal for teaching courses and workshops or simply for having club meetings.
