Monday 9am and Wednesday 6pm

These 60 minute classes aimed at helping women through Perimenopause and Menopause are a standing Qigong flow to release tension and promote a free flow of energy through the body and floor based Yoga to stretch and open the joints. Ending  with relaxation to calm and centre.
