Manage stress and anxiety – release blockages and stagnation in the body – relax and calm your mind.
Start your week off right with this 60 minute class to motivate, energise as we move your Qi. We will begin with 30 minute standing Qigong flow and follow with floor based yoga stretches, ending with relaxation.
