Twilight Meditation Session
Details
Relaxing meditation session in the meadow, part of the Potting Shed Therapy Garden. The session will be a journey in deepening your connection to both the season and the Land in early Summer. We will connect with mindfulness and breath, with a walking meditation also known as Zazen in the Zen tradition, or what I like to call ‘walking with the Sacred’ and a guided plant spirit journey to make connections with the spiritual realm. All will be gentle and reflective. There will be time to share and slow down into a healing space, so that you leave feeling lighter and supported.
Give yourself permission to BE and Heal with Nature.
I am a Meditation Facilitator with over 25 years experience of guiding different types of meditations. My focus is always with deepening connection to Nature and to the spiritual aspects of the land. We are ‘earth walking on the earth’. Come and sit in sacred space and enjoy the calm of twilight.
