We are back with our second well-being event in Dorset (find out all about the first one here), this time on Mudeford Quay. We have teamed up with the Hush Club again and we’ll be supported by Dorset Tea, Harbour Hotels, BigWigs Bakery, Riot+Wilde and TempleSpa.
The day will start at 1.30 pm with a welcome iced tea from Dorset Tea and nibbles from BigWigs Bakery. The fabulous spa team from Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa will be on hand to deliver some complimentary mini treatments throughout the day in our spa tent. We will also have a wide array yoga, pilates, fitness, workshops, paddle-boarding, meditation, chiropractic consultations and much much more throughout the afternoon, all taught by the crème de la crème of the local well-being professionals.
Relax to Reward will culminate in a silent disco delivered by the inimitable Hush Club as the sun sets. You can enjoy all of this whilst sipping on a Riot+Wilde cocktail to really welcome the summer to Dorset looking out over the river in Christchurch and away to the Isle of White.
Full access to the classes, goody bags with TempleSpa products, drink on arrival, snacks throughout the day, raffle prizes, access to the Hush club headphones and a cocktail are all included in the exceptional price of £50 per person.
Please remember to bring your own mat and water bottle should you wish to participate in the event.
