Visit Lyme Regis for a week full of fun events to raising money for local good causes
This year’s Carnival takes place 6th – 13th August 2022
Lyme Regis Regatta and Carnival Week is packed full of fun events and activities for all the family to enjoy, culminating in the Grand Carnival Procession. Over the years many thousands of pounds have been raised for local good causes.
The aim of Lyme Regis Regatta and Carnival Committee is to put on a week of fun filled activities and entertainment in August while raising money for local good causes.
The committee are independent, self-funded and volunteer based and rely on our wonderful team of helpers to ensure carnival week runs smoothly.
Carnival week kicks off with the Torchlight Parade, an amazing spectacle and culminates in the Grand Carnival Procession on the following Saturday. In between there is a host of family friendly activities from Candles Down the River to egg catching, welly wanging to teddy bears’ parachute jump.
