Dorset Art Weeks 2022
Dorset Art Weeks returns for 2022, in it’s 30th year, with a brand new in-print Art Weeks Directory available from April, alongside a revised Art Weeks App and full venue details here on the DAW website. The event continues to evolve from the challenges of the past few months as artists look forward to opening their doors again, and larger venues present group shows. There will still be some differences to pre-2020 as flexibility, safety and contingencies influence the planning, but we hope that we can now look forwards with more confidence and certainty to another event.
With over 250 studios opening their doors from May 14th, there will be a huge array of works from paintings, printmaking, ceramics, jewellery, sculpture and modern crafts to mention a few.
The 2022 Dorset Art Weeks App is available to download from April (look for Dorset Art Weeks on Google Play and the App Store). Use it alongside the Directory and information on the website to navigate to venues, plan a visit list and find nearby venues, as well as look up full venue details.
Please keep an eye on the website and our social media channels for updates and the latest information about Dorset Art Weeks 2022, including special Art Weeks Events, nearer the time.
All participating artists are given yellow signs with the Dorset Art Weeks logo and will have the venue number written on, so getting lost is almost impossible! Look out for the red and yellow logo. Dorset Art Weeks 14th- 29th May 2022.
