May half-term fun at Corfe Castle
This half term discover the birds that call Corfe Castle home with our new family quest in collaboration with Nosy Crow. Explore the ruins to discover the bird life that now calls the castle home, can you find all the quest boards to earn your prize? Flight of the Castle is a family quest in collaboration with Nosy Crow, inspired by A Story of the Seasons by Anna Wilson and Carolina Rabei.
To mark the 80th anniversary of VE day, join the Corporal of the Castle for a interactive storytelling tour. Suitable for children and those young at heart! Tours begin at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm and 3:30pm
Join a friendly volunteer this May Half term with a nature based activity. Plant a sunflower seed in your very own eco-pot whilst in the surrounding of a 1000 year old ruined castle. Tuesday to Friday only.
Suitability: This is a family friendly event
Meeting point: These events begin in the Outer Bailey of Corfe Castle.
What to bring and wear: Clothing and footwear suitable for exploring a ruined castle.
