Concert of classical music. Liszt, Haydn and Franck
Come and listen to St Aldhelm’s Orchestra play Liszt Les Préludes, Haydn Trumpet Concerto in E♭ soloist Paul Bosworth, César Franck Symphony in D minor.
The orchestra is based in Poole and is a long-established group of enthusiastic and accomplished amateur musicians. Our leader is Anna Tyrrell, and our director Richard Berry.
The orchestra’s aim is to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects including through the presentation of public events.
Free entry. Donations to support the orchestra’s work are gratefully accepted.
