Wellbeing Mini Retreat
Sunday 30th June
Join us for a special ‘Creative Mini Retreat’ on the beautiful Swanage Pier. Helen McCabe and Heidi Steller will be hosting the retreat, guiding you through a restorative morning of gentle yoga and meditative drawing, connecting your breath, body and creative nature.
Suitable for all levels of experience, just bring yourself, your mat and a sense of curiosity.
The retreat will begin with a guided breath awareness and yoga practice on the pier, followed by a delicious brunch.
After brunch, Heidi will guide you to explore your own unique creativity through the medium of meditative mark making. All art materials will be supplied. No previous drawing experience is required.
We will finish with a guided relaxation and an informal chat with Helen and Heidi.
The retreat will run from 9am- 1pm and cost £70.00 per person which includes brunch.
Come along and enjoy a morning in this beautiful unique location that is Swanage Pier.
