Take Me To The River

Join us for Take Me To The River, a FREE science day, as part of Dorchester Science Festival.

Work with scientists and conservationists as they conduct experiments ‘in the field’ on the WaterShed site in Sydling St Nicholas.

A hands-on experience, in partnership with Bournemouth University, to understand how a scientist conducts experimental work and how that work adds data and knowledge about our climate challenged environment.

The activities will be taking place indoors and outdoors. The site can become muddy in the rain, so please bring wellies and waterproofs!

Ages 8+ advised, young adults and adults encouraged.
Location: The WaterShed, Sydling St Nicholas, Dorchester, DT2 9NS.
Timings: 10am – 1pm
