The Sherborne Castle Country Fair presents a fun and varied programme of events, rural activities, stands and entertainment including one of the largest standalone rare breed shows in the country. For one day each year one of the finest settings, with its picturesque grounds and lake surrounding Sherborne Castle, is transformed into a popular Country Fair with attractions, demonstrations and activities for all the family. • We have lots of fun and entertainment at the Fair, for owners and their dogs.
• The rare, minority and native breeds show includes cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, horses, ponies and poultry and more.
• You can enjoy a wide selection of quality craft, trade, homeware, gift and food stands.

The aim of this much-loved event has always been to offer good value for money to visitors and supporters alike. Because it is run by volunteers it has low overheads and offers a fun day out for any size pocket – many of the entertainments are included within the price of the entry ticket.
