Sauna in Hamworthy Park – Harbourside Heat
We’re bringing the heat to Hamworthy! Join us at South Coast Adventures in Hamworthy Park on the 17th & 18th May for some Harbourside Heat – a weekend of wood-fired sauna sessions right on the harbours edge.
Step inside our barrel sauna, switch off, and soak up the views, and brave a plunge.

⏰ 09:00 – 14:00 (High tide – perfect swim conditions!)

What to Bring?
🧖 2 x towels (one to sit on inside the sauna, one for your body)
