Come together at in the idyllic setting of Happy River Retreat, encircled in trees in Wareham Forest, Dorset with Daphne Lambert, an expert in living seasonal Foods & Nutrition to learn how to enliven your diet with more vibrant, seasonal plant foods for optimal health & enjoyment.
In this incredibly special one-day workshop engaging all the senses, you’ll learn how to harness the power of the edible plant kingdom for thriving health: for you and the planet, by spending an enlightening day in the kitchen with Daphne. You’ll learn how to harness the benefits of local, seasonal food and the brilliant colours of spring, in a practical hands-on workshop showcasing several dishes, drinks & tinctures together to enjoy as part of a 3 course lunch. Daphne has a unique way of bringing it all together in a joyful experience of creativity and nourishment.
As you prepare these foods together, Daphne will talk about micro-organisms for soil and gut health, phytonutrients and nutrient dense foods for vitality as well as juicing, sprouting & micro-greens, whilst you co-create a delicious feast to share for lunch in the beautiful forest setting of Happy River Retreat.
