The Vervet Monkey Foundation is an internationally accredited sanctuary and rehabilitation center in South Africa, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned, injured, and ex-pet vervet monkeys. Home to over 680 monkeys, the sanctuary runs primarily on solar power, and relies on volunteers from around the world to continue its life-saving work.

This special evening will give you a chance to hear inspiring rescue stories and firsthand experiences from volunteers who have worked on the ground at the sanctuary. A portion of your ticket will directly support the rescue, rehabilitation, and care of vervet and samango monkeys, and you’ll also have an opportunity to purchase charity merchandise, virtually adopt a monkey, or even name one.

There will be a selection of nibbles on the tables, choose between the following for your 3 course meal:

Starter: Drunken Tofu Knots (gf) or Escalivada (gf)
Main: Butter Tofu Curry (gf) or Mac n Cheese with garlic herb crumb
Dessert: Tiramisu (gf) or Salted Peanut Butter Torte (gf)
