We are hosting an exciting event for all the family to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Penguin Beach on Friday 8th August 2025.
We are throwing our penguin pals a party on Penguin Beach and will welcome a special guest to be part of the celebrations.

We have gone through our list of VIPs and are pleased to confirm that Peppa Pig, Daddy Pig, and baby Evie Pig will join our penguin party on Friday 8th August.

Meet Peppa, Daddy Pig, and Evie Pig in the Penguin play area from 11am – 3pm*.

On the beach, there will be bubble enrichment sessions for our penguins who love to shake a flipper to our fun bubble machine 🫧

Our lovely penguin keepers will give insightful talks throughout the day covering the history of the enclosure.

Learn about the critical conservation work we do with our partners to protect penguins all over the world.

Visitors are also in with a unique chance to WIN a penguin feed experience!

Explore the rest of the Oceanarium and meet more than 185 creatures in our 10 enclosures.

The price of your day ticket includes admission to this event. Buy tickets at least 24 hours ahead and SAVE!

*Please note that our Peppa Pig family meet and greet sessions from 11.00am – 3.00pm will be held for 40 minutes each. The final 2.30pm session will be 30 minutes. We anticipate these meet and greet sessions will be extremely popular with our guests, so no individual photos with the characters will be taken to ensure the queue moves as swiftly as possible. To ensure the characters have plenty of rest in between session times, we will advise five minutes before the end of each session that the characters are soon to take a break to avoid disappointment. The meet and greet sessions will be held in the Penguin play area.

*Please note only Peppa Pig will be available at 2pm and 3pm
