Bluebells, A Carpet Of Intense Blue

Bluebells, a carpet of intense blue under the opening tree canopy is one of Dorset’s greatest woodland spectacles at the time of year, but there’s also fields of bright-yellow flowers — they contain Rapeseed (Brassica napus), also known as oilseed rape, a flowering member of the family Brassicaceae (mustard or cabbage family), cultivated mainly for its oil-rich seed.
