Spring Equinox Yoga Day Retreat
Details
My day retreat takes place on Saturday 25 March from 10 to 4 where the focus will be on welcoming in the change that Spring brings. Gentle flow yoga, a walk in the surrounding fields to fire up your creative juices, a bit of lunch and then vision boarding to set your intention for the coming season. Finishing with slow and restorative yin yoga to end the day in calming bliss. I would love for you to join me as we turn our backs on the darkness and feel the warmth of the sun on our faces once more..
Taking place Preston Village Hall in Weymouth.
Here is the line up for the day:
10:00-10:10: Welcome
10:10-11:30: Gentle flowing yoga and guided meditation
11:30-12:30: A walk in the local area to fire up our creativity
12:30-13:15: Colourful, healthy lunch
13:15-14:45: Vision boarding
14:45-16:00: Slow and soulful yin yoga to finish
The yoga sessions will be appropriate for all abilities so please don’t be concerned if you haven’t much experience or haven’t practiced for a while. This day is all about giving to yourself.
During our yin yoga practice your vision board will be placed in a simple frame, ready for you to take home with you and display with pride.
