Grooves on the Green, food, drink and music festival is back in its 22nd year, on the 15th & 16th July 2023 11 – 7pm!

Home is where the heart is as Grooves on the Green, Poole’s longest-running community festival, once again pulls out all the stops to welcome everyone to Ashley Cross on 15th & 16th July 2023.

Launched in 2000 to provide a focal point for the residents and businesses of Ashley Cross, the festival has gone from strength to strength. This is where Ashley Cross comes together to relax, have fun and celebrate the community spirit that it’s famous for.

The two-day, family-friendly gathering features live music and entertainment on two stages with lots of other attractions including:

• A large selection of top quality food and drink stalls; the food choice is wider than ever including Greek, burgers, Bratwurst sausages, Indian, ‘Tipsy’ toasties, loaded fries, chicken & tasty sweets & treats & ice cream. And to wash it down a Bricklayers Pub Bar, Real ale tent, local cider bar, PIMMS and cocktail bar, and numerous gin bars.
• Kids zone with entertainment stage featuring Mr Merlin & Okey Dokey the Dragon and bubble workshops, assault course, bouncy castle, trampolines, face painting, and children’s crafts.
• Sit down, and enjoy the entertainment in the Grooves Garden area – beat the queues at the bar – with its own bars, washroom facilities, tables and chairs
• Clothing, jewellery, craft stalls and more…. Just come along yourself to see what the event has to offer….
  Grooves on The Green are proud to support local charities since 2000. Grooves is proud to have supported Diverse Abilities for the last 8 years, raising in the region of £40,000.

Every year Grooves has provided a line-up that features the best talented musicians that the South has to offer! Come along & support them and watch them showcase their talents playing a mix of covers, original music and instrumental performances at this years Grooves!!!
