Escape to Wareham Forest this full moon for a cosy and nourishing morning in nature. Starting with a 1hr sauna session in the idyllic setting of Happy River Retreat, encircled in trees, you’ll get the chance to combine heat and cold water therapy, with our log-fired sauna and – for the brave – a refreshing cold plunge and jungle shower hidden in the tranquil and gorgeous Wareham Forest. Feeling revived, we’ll head indoors to the cosy Happy River Barn for a delicious, plant-based breakfast.

This is the perfect opportunity for sharing a rejuvenating, re-connecting experience with friends and family or meeting new like-minded souls. Our Sauna & Breakfast event invites you to slow down, warm up, and savour a nourishing breakfast together in an idyllic setting.
